Zlade Customer Support Policy

Effective 2026. This policy applies to orders placed on shopzlade.com. For orders bought on Amazon, Blinkit, or other marketplaces, returns and refunds follow that platform's policy; our team is still happy to help with warranty and replacement on those orders.

Shipping

What shipping methods are available?

We offer standard shipping through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ekart, and Bluedart.

How long will it take to get my package?

We usually dispatch orders the same day. Delivery typically takes 2 to 4 working days. Deliveries to remote or interior locations may take slightly longer.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email. You can also track it here: My Account, then Orders, then Order ID, then Track Shipment.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping is free on all orders. There are no extra charges.

 

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Can I cancel or change my order?

We process orders quickly so they reach you fast. If you need to cancel or make a change, please contact us before your order is dispatched and we will help. Once a cancellation is confirmed, your refund is processed right away.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are initiated within 12 to 24 working hours of approval. The amount usually reflects in your account within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your bank. For a returned product, this timeline begins after the product reaches our warehouse and is verified, which is about 4 to 5 days after pickup.

Where will I receive my refund?

Refunds are made to your original payment method. For COD orders, our team will arrange the refund to your bank account or UPI.

When can I return a product?

For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot resell opened personal care items, so returns are limited to:

•       Products that arrive damaged

•       Incorrect items received

Please raise your request within 7 days of delivery. Opening the box to inspect your product is completely fine; only used products are not eligible for return. All returns are subject to verification.

Returns and Replacement Process

Step 1: Raise a return or replacement request within 7 days of delivery, with your order details and contact information.

Step 2: Our team reviews your request within 24 hours.

Step 3: If approved, we arrange a pickup from your address.

Step 4: Once the product reaches our warehouse (about 4 to 5 days), we verify it and process your refund or replacement. If you asked for a replacement and the item is out of stock, we will offer you a refund or the option to wait, whichever you prefer.

Warranty

1-Year Limited Warranty

Your product comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects, including motor and battery issues, when used as per the user manual.

What is covered

•       Manufacturing defects

•       Motor or battery issues

•       Product malfunction under normal use

What is not covered

•       Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

•       Physical damage, breakage, or mishandling

•       Improper usage or poor maintenance

•       Repairs by unauthorized service providers

Cutter heads are consumable wear parts. Normal dulling with use is not a manufacturing defect, and a unit replacement does not include fresh cutter heads.

Important: Please read the user manual carefully before use.

 

How to claim warranty

Step 1: Contact our support team with your Order ID, invoice copy, and a short video showing the issue.

Step 2: After verification, we arrange a pickup within 2 to 3 business days.

Step 3: Once the product reaches our warehouse, we inspect it.

Step 4: If approved, your replacement is shipped within 24 to 48 hours, subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or the option to wait.

Additional notes

•       Replacement is provided only after successful verification.

•       Warranty continues from the original purchase date and is not reset on a replacement.

 

Account and Orders

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account helps you track orders easily and get updates on offers and price drops.


Payment

  1. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept various payment options on our website. You can pay with a credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, EMI, Cash on delivery, Zlade Pay, and also wallets like Paytm.

  1. Is paying online safe?

We have partnered with the likes of Razorpay, Cashfree, GoKwik, Paytm as our payment gateway providers, which are leading payment solution providers. Your data is encrypted with industry standard encryption techniques. In other words, it's very safe to purchase and transact on our website.

  1. What is EMI policy?

Customers can opt for EMI wherein you will be paying 1/3rd of the total order value as a down payment, and the remaining amount in 2 equal EMIs over the next 60 days. The repayment link is accessible on the “Successful Transaction Message” sent by BharatX via the "Pay Dues Now" button. Users can use the Payment Option for purchases up to INR 15000.

 In cases where an amount has been debited from the user's account but an order has not been placed, a refund will be initiated immediately. This would be credited to the user's account within 5-7 days.

Terms and Conditions

Discount Policy Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: Discount is available for all customers, however, subject to one use per customer.

Discount Duration: Discounts are valid from specific mentioned dates unless otherwise specified.

Discount Types: Our discount policy may include the different types of discounts which are subject to change from time to time. Specific discount  terms and values will be communicated on the website or through marketing materials.

Discount Application: The discount code shared by Zlade is only applicable on Zlade official website. Other marketplace discounts will not be applicable on the Zlade Official website. Discounts must be applied at the time of purchase. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders.

Stacking Discounts: Unless explicitly stated, discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or coupons.

Exclusions: Some products may be excluded from discounts. Check the product page or contact our customer support for details.

Refunds and Returns: If an item purchased with a discount is returned, the refund will be for the amount paid after applying the discount. If the discount was conditional on purchasing multiple items, all items must be returned to receive a full refund.

Abuse: We reserve the right to withhold or cancel discounts in case of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

Termination: We reserve the right to modify or terminate discounts at our discretion. We may terminate or suspend the discount policy at any time without prior notice.
