  1. What shipping methods are available?

We ship with multiple courier partners like Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ekart, Bluedart Etc.

  1. How long will it take to get my package?

We usually dispatch orders within the next day of placing the order. It may take around 3-5 days for your package to be delivered, depending on your address. In some cases, it can take additional time to deliver your package due to unforeseen circumstances.

  1. How do I track my order?

You will get an email with the tracking details once your order is dispatched, you can track your order using the tracking details. You can also track your order by logging in to your Zlade Account>Go to My Account>Orders> Order ID>Track Shipment

  1. What are the shipping charges?

A shipping fee of ₹99 is applicable on orders below ₹500.


Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

  1.  How can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel or change your order within 12 hours of placing the order. You can raise a request to edit your order or cancel it by contacting our customer support team.. Once the order is canceled, the refund will be processed.

  1. When can I get my Refund?

Based on the refund policy, your refund will be initiated within 48 working hours of receiving the refund request and authorization of the refund.

Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account between 5-7 business days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit depends on multiple external agencies such as banks and payment gateways.

  1. Where can I get my Refund?

The refund will be done only to the original payment method. In case, your original mode of payment is COD, Zlade Customer Support will connect with you and help accordingly.

  1. Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can also place your order as a guest user. But we recommend you to create an account to avail any special discount or price drop for registered customers.

  1. When can I return a product?

We do not accept returns for used or unboxed products, we accept returns only in case of damaged products or incorrect items in packages subject to verification. Returns are accepted only within 72 hours of delivery. Upon inspection of the package, refunds will be generated if any, in the same form of payment. 

Returns/Replacement Procedure:

Step 1- Raise a return/replacement request within 72 hours from the date of delivery, if you’ve received wrong or expired product(s). Please raise a request with order and contact details.

Step 2- Allow us 24 hours to review your return request.

Step 3- Once your return criteria is met, we will send our courier partner to pick up the products delivered to you. 

Step 4- After your returned package is received at our warehouse (usually takes upto 20 days, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly.

  1. When and How can I claim warranty for my product?


This product is warranted against defects in material and workmanship, including battery and manufacturing defects, for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase (and when used in accordance with our user manual).

The warranty shall not be honored in the following circumstances:

  • Product purchased from an unauthorized seller or reseller.
  • Damage caused due to unauthorized/third-party repairs.
  • Damage caused due to inappropriate usage or maintenance.


Warranty Claim Process

You can claim your warranty only if the product is not working due to battery or motor issues. Please note that physical damages are not covered in warranty. 

Step 1- Contact our customer support team. Provide us with your order id details and your request to replace your order. Share a video capturing your concern and the invoice for our reference.

Step 2- we will pick up the products within 7 business days. We will initiate the replacement process for the damaged / expired / wrong product only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels intact.

For electronic devices, the product will be replaced with no additional cost (within the warranty period) as per replacement policy. A replacement will be provided only after Zlade verification. In case your order is eligible for replacement, the new order will be shipped in 24-48 hours after the returned product is received at our warehouse. Please note that replacement will depend upon the stock availability.

 IMPORTANT- Please note that the warranty for the replacement product continues from the date of the original purchase, it means that the replacement inherits the remaining warranty period from the original product.


  1. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept various payment options on our website. You can pay with a credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, EMI, Cash on delivery, Zlade Pay, and also wallets like Paytm.

  1. Is paying online safe?

We have partnered with the likes of Razorpay, Cashfree, GoKwik, Paytm as our payment gateway providers, which are leading payment solution providers. Your data is encrypted with industry standard encryption techniques. In other words, it's very safe to purchase and transact on our website.

  1. What is EMI policy?

Customers can opt for EMI wherein you will be paying 1/3rd of the total order value as a down payment, and the remaining amount in 2 equal EMIs over the next 60 days. The repayment link is accessible on the “Successful Transaction Message” sent by BharatX via the "Pay Dues Now" button. Users can use the Payment Option for purchases up to INR 15000.

 In cases where an amount has been debited from the user's account but an order has not been placed, a refund will be initiated immediately. This would be credited to the user's account within 5-7 days.

Discount Policy Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: Discount is available for all customers, however, subject to one use per customer.

Discount Duration: Discounts are valid from specific mentioned dates unless otherwise specified.

Discount Types: Our discount policy may include the different types of discounts which are subject to change from time to time. Specific discount  terms and values will be communicated on the website or through marketing materials.

Discount Application: The discount code shared by Zlade is only applicable on Zlade official website. Other marketplace discounts will not be applicable on the Zlade Official website. Discounts must be applied at the time of purchase. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders.

Stacking Discounts: Unless explicitly stated, discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or coupons.

Exclusions: Some products may be excluded from discounts. Check the product page or contact our customer support for details.

Refunds and Returns: If an item purchased with a discount is returned, the refund will be for the amount paid after applying the discount. If the discount was conditional on purchasing multiple items, all items must be returned to receive a full refund.

Abuse: We reserve the right to withhold or cancel discounts in case of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

Termination: We reserve the right to modify or terminate discounts at our discretion. We may terminate or suspend the discount policy at any time without prior notice.
